Terms & Conditions

Nationwide Carpet, Upholstery, & Tile Inc. · Palm Beach County, FL · Last updated September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you book or receive services from Nationwide Carpet, Upholstery, & Tile Inc. ("Nationwide," "we," "us," or "our"), whether scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. By requesting or receiving service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Nationwide provides carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area and oriental rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, yacht and marine interior cleaning, and commercial cleaning throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. Descriptions of our services are available on our website and are provided for general information. Actual service may vary based on the condition of your home, furnishings, or vessel, and the judgment of our technicians on site.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change once our technician inspects the space in person, due to factors such as square footage, soil level, fabric or material type, or additional services requested at the time of the appointment. We will let you know before starting any work that costs more than what was originally quoted.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, so we can offer that time to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time service is completed, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed on our website or provided by our technician. Unpaid balances may be subject to additional collection costs.

5. Acknowledgment of Risk

Cleaning services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to discoloration, shrinkage, fiber distortion, or damage caused by pre-existing wear, stains, defects, material composition, or environmental factors. For services performed on marine vessels, additional risks may include damage related to saltwater exposure, marine-grade materials, or vessel instability during cleaning. By requesting service, the Client assumes these risks.

6. Prior Damage

Nationwide is not liable for damage to items or property that were damaged, worn, defective, or otherwise compromised before our service began. This includes old stains, dye instability, wear, sun fading, or prior structural issues that professional cleaning may not fully correct and may, in some cases, make more visible. We will point out any such conditions we notice before beginning work when practical to do so.

7. Access & Preparation

You agree to provide our technicians reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including parking near the property or vessel when needed for our equipment. Please secure or move valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before your appointment. Nationwide is not responsible for items left in areas being cleaned unless our technician is notified in advance. For marine vessels, the Client is responsible for securing the vessel and ensuring safe working conditions; Nationwide is not liable for damage resulting from the movement, instability, or docking conditions of a vessel during cleaning.

8. Limitation of Liability

By requesting and accepting services from Nationwide, the Client releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Nationwide, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from liability for damage to property — including carpets, area rugs, upholstery, flooring, tile, grout, marine vessels, and other items serviced or located in the environment where cleaning is performed — whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, except as limited below.

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Nationwide's total liability for any claim, regardless of its nature or cause, is limited to $250. This limit applies collectively across all services provided in residential, commercial, and marine environments, and includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. Nationwide is not liable for damage or loss caused by third-party contractors, personnel, or services not directly employed or contracted by Nationwide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Submission of Claims

Any claim for damage must be submitted to us in writing within 10 calendar days of the service date. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. A claim must include a detailed description of the alleged damage and any supporting evidence.

10. Return Visits

Separately from any damage claim, if you notice an issue with the quality of your cleaning, contact us within 10 days of your service date and we will schedule a technician to return and re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This does not apply to conditions covered under Sections 5 and 6 (Acknowledgment of Risk; Prior Damage) or to new spots, stains, or soiling that occurred after our technician completed the service.

11. Exclusive Remedies

The remedies described in these Terms are exclusive and limited to those expressly stated here. The Client waives all other rights or remedies, whether contractual, statutory, or based in tort, including punitive damages, attorney's fees, or injunctive relief, to the extent permitted by Florida law.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Verbal, written, or electronic approval for services to begin constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and, where applicable, of the liability waiver provided at the time of service.

13. Licensing & Insurance

Nationwide Carpet, Upholstery, & Tile Inc. is a licensed and insured Florida corporation. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
